Calculates the fee and final amounts for an ACH transfer between the user's TAPP Cash account and a linked external bank account. Supports both outbound (account → external) and inbound (external → account) directions.
Always call this endpoint before submitting an ACH transfer. Display the returned fee breakdown to the user so they can confirm before the transfer is created.

Available to Individual, Business Owner, and Operator users for their own accounts, and to admin roles (Advisor, Root Advisor, Branch Manager, etc.) to initiate transfers on behalf of their clients.
