Permanently deletes the authenticated user's profile and closes all associated accounts.
Requires the OTP sent by POST /branches/private/v1/delete-profile-otp.
This action is irreversible. Ensure the user has withdrawn all funds and has no pending
transactions before calling this endpoint.
