List Business Owner clients

https://api-{tenant}.stage2.tappbank.com/org/branches/private/v1/businessowner

Returns a paginated list of Business Owner clients in the calling user's scope. Scope is determined by role — Advisors see their own portfolio; Root Advisors see all clients.

Valid sort fields: createdAt, id, name, branchName. Prefix with - for descending (e.g. sort=-createdAt).
