Returns a paginated list of Advisors. Scope depends on the calling user's role: Root Advisor sees all; Head Branch Manager sees Advisors in their managed branches; Branch Manager sees Advisors in their branch.
Valid sort fields: createdAt, branchCreatedAt, userName, status, userID. Prefix with - for descending (e.g. sort=-createdAt).
